🎉 Today marks the second anniversary of the Parkinson’s Centre for Integrated Therapy (PCIT)! 🎉
We proudly launched on World Parkinson’s Day two years ago, and what a journey it has been. From those early days to now, we’ve grown into a thriving community built on care, support, and connection.
To our incredible team – David, Mark, Clare L Walker, Adele, Sarah Frow, Mayur, Alex, Wes, Anna, Sammy, Roxanna, Paul, Jo, Kathryn, Angela, Muhammad, Melanie, Gail, Emma, Lis, Philippe and all our volunteers – thank you for the care, compassion, and professionalism you bring to PCIT every single day. You are the heartbeat of everything we do.
And to our wonderful members – thank you for your warmth, your stories, your laughter, and for reminding us why we love coming to work each day. You make this community what it is.
We also want to give a special shout-out to Francis and Peter, who lead our Members Group with unwavering dedication. Their time, effort, and support have been invaluable, and we are truly grateful for all they do to keep the spirit of PCIT alive and well.
A huge thank you goes to our patron Mark Mardell, whose support and advocacy through Movers & Shakers continues to make a powerful difference in the Parkinson’s community.
A thank you to Parkinson’s UK for our Fighting Fit weekend, which have been a success and we’re looking forward to the next one this year!
Here’s to many more years of friendship, care, and making a real difference 💙
