Basic Package:

Includes three consultations with specialised assessment, review of your sleep diary and sleep hygiene advice.

Advanced Package:

Builds on the Basic Package with actigraphy, light sensors, sleep posture analysis and cognitive testing to better understand your sleep patterns and to make more detailed recommendations 

Comprehensive Package:

Includes all features of the Advanced Package, plus insulin sensitivity testing and EEG monitoring (with the option for an overnight stay) to track your daily energy levels and brain activity during wakefulness and sleep
